Can you please re-upload the files to another server really soon please? My exam is coming up in 2 days and this book is not available anywhere here in my country. Would really like to practice with it. Is this the pdf book without the answers filled in? I'd seen another upload where someone had scanned the book but had written all the answers on top. Filecloud seems like a reliable server where the links don't expire quickly. Hope you will respond at the earliest possible.
